Inventory records become difficult to maintain when item details live in spreadsheets, notebooks and messages at the same time. Clear records matter because they answer simple questions quickly: what do we have, how many, and where is it kept.
Quantities matter just as much. When additions and removals are written down with a reason and a date, the current number is easier to trust and easier to check.
I built ItemLedger for small businesses that want that structure without complexity. Each package has defined limits, transparent one-time pricing and digital delivery, and you deal with me directly if you need support.

Software can organise information, but it cannot guarantee stock accuracy, sales or revenue. You remain responsible for entering and maintaining accurate inventory information, and I would rather be clear about that from the start.
