This policy explains what follows a confirmed purchase.
Delivery
Access or setup instructions follow successful payment confirmation and are sent digitally to the accurate email provided at checkout.
Allowances
Permitted users, item-record capacity, category limits and location limits are fixed by the purchased package. Credentials must not be shared outside the allowance.
Additional capacity
Extra users, item records, categories, locations, configuration or services may require another package or separate quotation.
Support
Support availability and setup assistance depend on the selected package. Support covers included functionality, not the customer’s own stock decisions or bespoke development.
Restrictions
Unauthorised resale, redistribution and sharing are prohibited. Access may be restricted for fraud, illegal activity, payment reversal, attempts to bypass limits or serious misuse, subject to applicable rights.
