Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the website or buy an ItemLedger package.
Business identity and contract
Sagar Kaliraj, trading as ItemLedger, is an independent sole trader at 40 Cromwell Road, Winchester, SO22 4AF, United Kingdom. Email hello@itemledger.co.uk; telephone +44 7570 734812.
A contract begins after a valid one-time payment is confirmed and the order is accepted.
Packages and payment
Seven digital software packages are listed from £54 to £675. Prices are in GBP, are one-time payments and do not automatically renew. Stripe handles checkout.
Package limits
The permitted-user, item-record, category, location, feature, setup and support limits shown on the Pricing page form part of the purchase. Additional users, capacity, configuration or development may require an upgrade or quotation.
Digital delivery
Access or setup information is sent to the checkout email after successful payment confirmation. Customers must provide a correct monitored address and check spam folders. There is no physical delivery.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and business information and have a lawful basis for using it.
- Keep credentials secure and do not share them beyond the package allowance.
- Keep your own item, quantity and inventory information accurate and lawful to hold.
- Use current compatible browsers and maintain appropriate backups or exports.
Licence and intellectual property
The website, software, templates and documentation remain ItemLedger property. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the buyer’s own business within package limits. Inventory data entered into the software remains the customer’s responsibility. Credentials must not be shared beyond the permitted users. Resale, sublicensing and unauthorised redistribution are prohibited.
Support, changes and third parties
Support is limited to the stated package. Bespoke development is not included unless quoted. Reasonable service changes may be made. Hosting, email and payment depend on third-party services.
No guaranteed outcomes
ItemLedger organises information but does not guarantee stock accuracy, sales, profit, revenue or other commercial results. Users remain responsible for maintaining accurate item and quantity information.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that UK law does not permit to be excluded. Subject to that, liability connected with a package is limited to the amount paid, and indirect or consequential business losses are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds, force majeure and complaints
Refund requests follow the Refund Policy. Delays caused by events outside reasonable control are not a breach while they continue. Complaints may be made under the Complaints Procedure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumer rights under applicable UK law remain unaffected.
